I am sorry that it has taken me five months to do this, but I wanted to thank you for your magnificent efforts and superb handling of the trip you organised in April to Cusco and Machu Picchu for Ms. Fay Holthuyzen, Greg Terrill, Allan Horsley, Caroline Greenway, and the others in the party from Australia, Canada and the US, who were in Lima for the APEC Telecommunications Conference. The travellers returned with glowing compliments of how well the trip was organised and run by your company Condor Travel. We can only thank you for this as you were the representative who organised it so well and who spent so much time and effort with getting the details correct and accommodating all the changes that were made and the additional people that wanted to join the party.

In fact just today I was asked by one of the participants for your details so he could pass it on to people in Thailand who wish to do the same sort of tour when they are in Peru soon. I was looking through old e-mails and came across this one from you and remembered that I hadn't thanked you for the wonderful trip my wife and I had. The itinerary you put together for us was incredible and the people associated with your company were simply outstanding.
From the moment we arrived in Lima to the moment we left, we were always greeted by your friendly, helpful and hard working staff. We have never received that kind of service each and every moment on a trop and were very impressed by how well your operation is run.
So often you receive great service up front, as we did from you, and then things fall apart from there. That did not happen with Condor and you have created a loyal customer in my wife and I.
Please send my thanks not only to the individuals within Condor who helped us along the way, but also to the Jungle Lodge and Steve, our guide, who provided a great extension to Condor's impeccable service.
The trip was one of the best we have taken and we will have many fond memories for years to come. If you ever need anything from the states or come out this way, please look us up as we would really enjoy meeting you and buying you dinner as a thank you for your great service.

We just came back to the States this morning from our wonderful trip in visiting your beautiful country. Machi Picchu was by far, the highlight of our trip but we also enjoyed Manu (although it was a bit rough for us city folks!). Everything went so smoothly...all of the local tour guides and pick-ups were professional, reliable and very informative. The whole trip went so smoothly which we realize was no small task since we were moving around so much. We felt as though we never had to worry about anything since there was always someone there to meet us and take care of things. I want to give a special thank you to Gaby for staying on top on things and keeping me informed through e-mail.
In general, Condor Travel did a great job. Thank you very much.

En effet, je sais que vous comprenez cette langue et je saurais ainsi mieux exprimer les sentiments que nous éprouvons Jean-Jacques et moi-même à l'issue de ce superbe voyage.(Nous sommes arrivés à Paris Dimanche 14 mai dans la nuit)
Il nous a permis de découvrir le peuple péruvien au travers de nos échanges avec les guides ou de quelques rencontres dans la rue, et celui-ci nous est apparu aimable et courtois.
Les différents guides étaient très professionnels, répondant avec compétence aux questions que nous leur avons posé. Les transferts ont été d'une grande exactitude.
Le programme correspondait à notre attente et le choix des hôtels nous a semblé pertinent. Les paysages et les sites historiques, d'une grande beauté, provoquent de fortes émotions.
En conclusion, nous sommes enchantés (en dépit d'un rappel à l'ordre sur l'altitude à l'arrivée à Chivay !) et nous nous permettrons de recommander votre agence à nos amis en France.

My husband and I traveled to Peru in 1999 and Condor Travel was our tour company. One of my fellow co-workers, Yun-Dong Kim just returned from visiting your country. Knowing I had been to Peru, he had asked me for information on tour companies and I suggested Condor Travel.

I'm just writing to let you know that our entire trip to Peru went PERFECTLY! We were treated so well and felt so comfortable with the guides all the time. At every step of the way there was a member of your team there to greet us with a smile and information on the day's plan. Without thier help and yours I would have seen 1/100th of the wonderful things that we did. They really know their stuff. Our accomedations were first rate and the food was wonderful. What a great trip! We were pampered beyond anything we expected. Mary did a super job!! We really appreciate all the extra effort she went through, especially getting the train tickets and taxi driver. Everything worked out perfect for us, enough independence to do what we wanted and help where we needed it. Thanks so much for all you did!
We want to return and bring our wives with us, hopefully in a couple of years.
